Jones Creek Baptist Church in Jones Creek TX

Join Us & Have an Authentic Encounter With God

Sunday Morning Schedule

Join us for Sunday School 9:45 AM. See our modified Covid-19 schedule below!
Worship begins around 10:50. We can't wait to see you there!

What To Expect

Prior to our 9:45 Bible study and Sunday School classes for all,  there is an informal time of greeting and visiting around the tables, with coffee, donuts, juice, etc.

Sunday morning Worship begins at 10:50. We usually say it begins at 10:50ish; there is a relaxed, family feel to our worship services. After all, worship is a family affair. The Worship Team leads in music of various styles and eras, from the traditional hymns, to some of the newest praise and worship songs of the day. The aim is to help people of all ages to have an authentic encounter with God. The Pastor shares from the Word of God in what he has referred to as a “conversational style,” which, to him, means in part that he may ask a question and it’s ok for you to answer.

The Covid-19 Pandemic

The global pandemic has had and continues to have an impact on every aspect of our lives, including how “we do church”.

We alter how we do things in this time not because we are fearful, since we know God is in control. Instead, we alter some things because we want to be responsible citizens of both the nation and the kingdom of God. We want to love God and love our neighbor.

We have masks available as well as hand sanitizers. We do our best to keep our facilities clean and disinfected.

Some of our regular activities have been curtailed during this time. Our regular Sunday School classes have resumed, but we are not currently having our pre-Sunday School coffee and donuts.  All classes are meeting in the main building, where the auditorium is located.

Our Sunday morning Worship service has resumed it's usual time, 10:50 AM. One Sunday School class and the Worship service are both available in person and online. For those who desire to attend in person, we do provide masks for those who desire them and ask that social distancing is observed. For those who desire to attend online, you can find us on Facebook and YouTube, links below.
